Having been restored a few years ago the restaurant Vecchia Maremma offers typical Tuscan cuisine with a menu á la carte with a vast choice from traditional pappardelle with wild boar to particular dishes such as pine-apple risotto and lots of other titbits.
The grill, obviously, is the masterpiece with the famous Florentine steaks, fish and other regional specialities: a kitchen based on the ancient traditions of this area where both flavours and cooking have been developed without spoiling the original taste.
At the Vecchia Maremma the menus are always seasonal with fresh ingredients of high quality, which are accompanied by a selection of the best Tuscan wines from our wine cellar.
Our restaurant is not the usual restaurant belonging to a hotel but an independent location, appropriate also for a break during a daily trip. Highly appreciated by our customers are the special offers with a weekly selection of discounted wines and discounts for bookings a table for four or more people.
On Fridays the piano bar delights you with live music on the outdoor terrace. The restaurant can host from 400-500 guests and is available for celebrations and dinner parties.
