Vecchia Maremma Hotel has 46 rooms with 120 beds, 18 suites with 54 beds included. Both the rooms and the suites are furnished with every kind of comfort: from the hairdryer in the bathrooms to double-glassed windows (with double frames to guarantee a sound-proof relaxing ambiente) to air-conditioning on the terrace.

Our structure is wide and spacious and has a large garden with a swimming-pool. Our genuine and familiar welcome is combined with the most advanced technologies like Internet access wi-fi or a gym with the most modern equipment for our guests.

Set in a strategic position, our Hotel-Residence is close to Via Aurelia, therefore it is the ideal starting point to visit the most important touristic attractions in the area: from Orbetello to Capalbio to the enchanting islands of the Tuscan archipelago.

The beach is at only 3 km- distance and our structure is set at the heart of the famous wine zone “Strade del vino”, routes through territories with a strong vocation for wine-growing and besides vine-yards and famous wine-cellars they are rich in naturalistic, cultural and important historical attractions.
